Changed your mind?
If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase or you change your mind for whatever reason you have up to 3 months to return your purchase back to us for a refund or exchange.
It is important that the product is unopened and in resalable condition. Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the goods and provide you with a refund minus the original delivery charge and or any import duties (for orders outside of the EU) within 7 working days.
In the unlikely event where a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, providing you return the Product to us within 30 days of receipt. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. For help with items later than 30 days after your initial purchase please email us for more information. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Procedure for returning unwanted or faulty goods
Please email email@example.com confirming your Mustard order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will then contact you to advise how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

Please note you will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. Any goods sent back without informing us initially via email will be rejected and we will not be able to organise a refund or replacement for you.
