Once you register, you will have access to wholesales prices, a host of resources such as high and lo res images, product sales sheets not to mention the ability to send us online wholesale orders.

How to Register as a Retailer

How do I register?

Click here to register, it will take less than minute to complete registration! Please note that we will not process any registrations where:

1. The registrant is not from a valid company
2. There are no valid contact details
3. The registrant is an individual/consumer

I have registered but haven't received a reply yet?

We receive many registrations daily, which all have to be individually vetted. It can therefore take up to 24 to 48 hours until you receive a reply – Please bear with us.

I have registered but can’t login?

You need to be granted access to the site in order to be able to login. After you register, your details are sent to our registrations personnel who will then appoint you membership. Only when this happens will you get access to the site.

I have registered and have been granted access but I still can’t see prices or place orders?

This could be due to one of two reasons:

1. You are viewing promotional products which have completely bespoke pricing that can only be discussed via email or on the phone or;
2. The amount of information you have provided us when you registered is insufficient.

Omitting a valid company name or email address will decrease your chances of full “wholesale” membership.

Only “wholesale” members are allowed to raise wholesale orders online. Otherwise, please contact us directly by email or phone for pricing, availability or to place an order. Your membership level will be stated in our reply email once you register.

Wholesale Ordering & Delivery

Pricing

All wholesale prices exclude VAT. Wholesale prices can be seen only be "wholesale" members. Otherwise non stock products i.e. promotional goods will not have prices as these are bespoke and therefore priced on a per campaign basis.

Minimum Orders

Minimum orders are confined to 1 x carton of any product – there is no minimum order spend

Placing Your Order

Once you have been granted Wholesale membership, you can login to access retail prices and can place orders online. You have a choice to either make payment online or raise an electronic order where a representative will call you to arrange payment along with a convenient time to deliver your order.

Payment Options

Purchases can be paid for in the following ways:

1. By Cheque
2. Credit Card* or Debit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Solo
3. BACS or telegraphic transfer

*A 2% surcharge is applied to purchases made by credit card

Credit

Applications for credit accounts will considered only if accompanied by acceptable trade references. Please bear in mind that we cannot offer credit to orders less than £300.00 + VAT

Wholesale Members Account log-in and password

Details are kept encrypted on our secure servers and are used to identify you as an authorised buyer for your company. Please keep these details confidential. Your credit card details are only used for individual transactions and will not be stored.

Delivery Charges

Domestic / UK mainland
Our carriage paid value for all mainland domestic orders is £250.00 + VAT. Otherwise we charge £8 per order

Overseas & Non UK Mainland Destinations
We ship to almost all countries worldwide and have competitive prices for road and Air services to most of the world. For air shipments to countries like America, Canada & the Far East we will contact you first to discuss delivery and pricing options. We will always seek to quote you competitive rates and agree pricing with you first before finalising the order or taking payment. Please bear in mind that non EU destinations may be subject to customs charges.

Shortages, Defects & Breakage's for wholesale orders

All shortages, defects and breakages should be notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Mustard will not entertain any claims or be held responsible for any shortages, breakages and defected products notified after this time. Any returns within this time will have to be authorised by Mustard before being returned.

Please contact us by telephone on +44 (0) 208 810 9002 or email sales @ justmustard.com to inform us that you wish to return the product(s). We will then provide you with a RMA number (Return to Manufacturer Authorisation Number) which must be included with the item and clearly marked above the address in order to improve processing of your return. We will also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

Please note you will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. Any goods sent back without a RMA number will be rejected and we will not be able to organise a refund or replacements for you.

General Wholesale Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse terms and/or supply to any customer who we deem to be reselling or retailing Viral Brands Ltd products through unapproved channels. These unapproved channels include: Any third party retail or wholesale company based in the UK or abroad; Shops and websites that have not been authorised as official Viral Brands Ltd stockists, Viral Brands Ltd specifically do not approve selling via Ebay, Amazon or any other similar website. Customers with new or moved locations should notify us for approval in advance.
