Delivery Charges
All domestic retail customers are charged at £4.95 for a next day service. If you are a wholesale customer please click here for information regarding wholesale delivery charges.

Overseas & Non UK Mainland Destinations
We ship to almost all countries worldwide and have competitive prices for road and Air services to most of the world. For air shipments to countries like America, Canada & the Far East we will contact you first to discuss delivery and pricing options. We will always seek to quote you competitive rates and agree pricing with you first before finalising the order or taking payment. Please bear in mind that non EU destinations may be subject to customs charges.

Order Deadlines
Providing we have stock, orders must be placed before 1.00pm UK time for us to be able to despatch the same day. UK Mainland orders are despatched on a next day, before 3pm service using our carrier partners – Interlink.

Unwanted Products & Cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items).

If in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All goods returned must be as new and the responsibility for the return delivery costs lie with the customer. Upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days.

Faulty Products
Every effort is made to package our products appropriately in order to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, providing you return the Product to us within 30 days of receipt. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. Procedure for returning Unwanted or faulty goods
Please contact us by telephone on +44 (0) 208 810 9002 or email sales @ justmustard.com to inform us that you wish to return the product(s). We will then provide you with a RMA number (Return to Manufacturer Authorisation Number) which must be included with the item and clearly marked above the address in order to improve processing of your return. We will also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

Please note you will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. Any goods sent back without a RMA number will be rejected and we will not be able to organise a refund or replacements for you.
